We collect the email address you submit, optional name, source or interest metadata, and submission time. We use this information only for ArtEx waitlist updates, abuse prevention, and responding to requests.

Waitlist data is stored in Supabase. Public visitors can submit the form but cannot read, update, or delete waitlist rows. We do not sell your personal information or publish the waitlist.

Artist-contract trading can involve risk and does not guarantee returns. This website is informational and is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
